OOC: Permissions Post
Well, you know how the doctor is. He's all sugar and spice but he does have his moments. Here's where I need you! Please fill up the following permissions meme and the doctor won't go violating your personal space. Rest assured, if he wants to try anything drastic, I'll run it by you first. :3
Here's a brief explanation of the things I've included in the form below:
The Jedi Mind Trick: Kazutaka can hijack someone's free will and convince them to do something with merely the power of suggestion. This only works on the susceptible, the easily manipulated.
Mind Reading: he might not be able to delve in deeply as others can but he can catch snippets here and there if he tries hard enough. What would he catch? What would you be trying desperately to keep hidden away? What wouldn't you let him see?
Memory manipulation: this may take more doing but Kazutaka has the ability to seal off certain memories until he chooses to trigger them again. (IE, Hisoka) If you ever fell prey to the doctor, would this sort of thing work on you? Will you let him do it? How far would it go?
Sealing/Cursing/Whathaveyou: This takes even more doing but if the doctor finds a willing victim, he's known to cast a few spells. Seals would end up limiting your abilities and curses have various effects, depending on what sort of curse he's decided to lay on you. One of which being said memory manipulation up there. We can work out something. :3
Energy draining: He won't glut himself on you but you will be feeling just a teeny bit weak if he so needs a little snack. People have considered the doctor an energy vampire...
Molestation: ...er... he's Muraki. If he likes you, he won't stop at mere butt-grabbing.
Murder: No, I'm not planning on going on a rampage anytime soon. XD; But still. What say you about murder?

1. The Jedi Mind Trick He's not that easy to manipulate but he might be able to push him somewhat.
2. Mind Reading Ken is pretty much usually stewing and conflicted over revenge, that's a thing.

7. Murder If he can manage it I will applaud him. Even the Dragonslayer couldn't kill him and he is a dragon. He's a god, so I don't think he can die or at least not die easily.

1. The Jedi Mind Trick Strong enough will that I don't think he could manage it.
2. Mind Reading He doesn't specifically have barriers against it but basically snippets of rage are fine.
3. Memory Manipulation ... If you could manage to do this Naoya would honestly thank you, Muraki. But due to his curse I don't think it'd stick.
4: Seals/Curses He's already cursed, but they might kind of work? Anti-All makes mystical attacks (including sealing/cursing) 50% less effective/likely to hit. :T
5. Energy Draining Drain spells work fine on him, yeah.
6. Molestation He'll explode you repeatedly. No. 8D;
7. Murder I ENCOURAGE IT he'll just be mildly annoyed/amused depending on how it goes.

1. The Jedi Mind Trick: Hojo is probably too strong-willed for that.
2. Mind Reading: Sure, why not? Hojo is most often thinking about his work, Jenova, and/or Sephiroth. He is also a little obsessed with his previous "failure as a scientist", which lead to his death, but he's trying to make up for it now that he's realized his mistake (and also has contingency plans in place to bring himself back to life--one of which does end up working in canon).
3. Memory Manipulation: I'm not adverse to this, if it should come up for some reason.
4: Seals/Curses: Hojo has no real resistance to things like this, but he does have magic of his own to fight back with.
5. Energy Draining: Sure! He's also currently full of the cells of a powerful alien entity, if that makes a difference (it's certainly a different kind of energy).
6. Molestation: If 50-something scientists are something Muraki is into, sure! Ha ha. Hojo likes the ladies, though.
7. Murder: I'm not adverse to this either, I'd just prefer to talk it out first.

Fuhito is a bit too strong-willed and a bit too plain old mad for this to be effective on him.
2. Mind Reading
Since Fuhito has no natural defense against this (Amazing Lack of Affect doesn't count, obviously), feel free! He's a dead man, an environmentalist terrorist who died while mutated by powerful science-magic into to a terrifying, humanity-destroying monster. He thinks mostly about his beloved Planet, and sometimes about his death, but also about his Work, for which he needs human subjects.
3. Memory Manipulation
I would be up for this, but I'd like to hash it out first of course!
4: Seals/Curses
Once again, no natural defenses, but he does have his own magic.
5. Energy Draining
Why not? Fuhito is full of Lifestream energy at the moment, as well as dormant cells affected by his fusion with Zirconiade. Enjoy!
6. Molestation
Fuhtio is an attractive young man with messy brown hair it's true, but his madness and his all-consuming loves for the Planet and Science, have left him with nothing for others. Feel free to bother him, but don't expect too enthusiastic a response! Or even a horrified one, for that matter. ;)
7. Murder
Fuhito is heavily armed and hyper-aware, but he's not invulnerable. I'd be up for having him go down, especially in the cause of Science, but let's discuss!

1. The Jedi Mind Trick Tara can be said to be highly susceptible to suggestions in this AU, so it would certainly be a possibility. So, I'd prefer it not be something he do too often (because it will be pitifully easy), but otherwise a yes.
2. Mind Reading Currently, he'd catch Tara's desperate mental monologue about how sucking the magic out of people is wrong, wrong, wrong, and another "side" of her that's nevertheless "hungry" and scoping out targets to drain. Thoughts of her friends also tend to be kind of heavily on her mind, so basically he can get bits of whatever is currently on her CR chart. As for what she'd hide at all costs, even if she didn't know she was being mind-read, Tara tends to try to keep thoughts of Willow to the back of her mind where they can't torment her.
3. Memory Manipulation Yep. It's been done to her before. So, I would allow this to happen. I guess, in terms of "how far", I'd just ask for a "cap" on how many memories he can seal or modify - four, maybe five, just PM me and ask what sorts of things he's looking for and I'll give you details.
4: Seals/Curses Going to tentatively say yes to this, but PM me beforehand to let me know what you're thinking about. Power sealing is likely to drive Tara insane - quite literally non compos mentis insane - if it lasts for too long, so I'd prefer it didn't, even if he just uses that as a bargaining chip. And memory manipulation is already on the books.
5. Energy Draining Yep! It'll be good for her to get a taste of her own medicine.
6. Molestation Erm...casual groping, sure, but combined with any kind of cornering or restraining, no.
7. Murder I prefer to get Tara killed by environmental hazards, so probably going to have to say no. But I'll PM you if plot progresses enough that this is likely to change.

2. Mind Reading Anything about him being a Jotun is generally on Loki's no-go list.
3. Memory Manipulation If Loki was in a vulnerable state I think it would work, otherwise he's too far into his own head. I do think it could be fun for plotting though. o/
4: Seals/Curses Not likely, but open to plot stuff as always.
5. Energy Draining Go ahead.
6. Molestation lmfao uh. That might not end well, Loki isn't too even tempered about people in his space.

Naoto's a very private person. She doesn't share her emotions, her problems, or... much of anything, really, with others. The major thing she would keep hidden is her shadow. There's a video of it over here if you're unfamiliar with her canon!

Rin's got strong-willpower so he won't fall prey to this sort of trick. However if Muraki can find the hole in Rin's defense, then that should be enough.

Though he tries not to think about it, the fact that he's Satan's son is always on his mind. He still keeps his tail hidden and tries not to display too much of his flames. In order to keep his flames in check (for now) he has to keep conscious of them. SO YEAH> ALWAYS ON HIS MIND.

Muraki could try since it is something that could definitely work. In a small way, Rin would want to have his memories altered...
